Just click on your Username in the top menu and on Settings. Update your information and save the changes.
When you click on “Sign In” in the top menu, you will see a window opening. At the bottom right there is a “Register” link. Click on it and follow the instructions.
Click on your username in the top menu then on Settings>Listings. This will display the list of your listings. Click on the listing you want to update, make your changes and save your changes.
Fees
The fees are calculated on the total price before taxes. The total price includes the total rental cost plus any additional costs that the host is charging to the guest.
Quaban Rentals has one of the lowest fee structure on the market as some of our competitors can charge more than 3 times our fees… By keeping our fees low, not only host earn more money from their properties but they benefit from the fact that low guest fees attract more potential clients.
The guest service fee is 6% of the total price before tax and is non refundable. The host service fee is 6% of the total price before tax and is non refundable. The Host must also pay a yearly fee to be able to list a property.
